子育て支援員制度で、意欲ある方が現場に入ることは良いことだと思いますが、東京都の作ったパンフレットを見ると、小池都知事は保育士の専門性を理解していないことがよくわかります。
子育て支援員（保育園）の声として、「お母さん方の悩みや相談にも色々とアドバイスできるようになりました。」とあります。
しかし、子育て支援員は保育士ではありません。
保育士は、保護者から相談を受けた場合、児童相談所や発達支援の専門機関、自治体の支援係に繋ぐ役割等も担っています。まともな保育所は、無資格の職員を保護者対応に当たらせることはありません。
このパンフレットは、嘘を書いているか、まともでない保育所をパンフレットに掲載しているかのどちらかでしょう。
保育士は高度な専門職であることも理解しないで、保育を語ってはなりません。
小池都知事の子育て政策は信用できません。
